Branding for the New York real estate agency to revitalize its brand recognition. A cohesive visual identity was established through a logo refresh, business cards, letterhead, signage, and other printed marketing materials.
The initial design’s narrow lines, letter tracking, and gradient made it quite difficult to see, especially at smaller sizes and on bright backgrounds.
Adjustments were made to the line thickness, height, and internal spacing of the logomark to create greater consistency and balance of positive and negative space. The goal was to produce a more proportional and scalable design with increased versatility across mediums.
The typeface and color selection, along with a newly established hierarchy, were incorporated into a business card design and additional print materials that embody the high-end, polished, and professional qualities of the brand.
